By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following TOS:

✦ All my commissions are for personal use, unless agreed otherwise prior to usage.✦ You cannot reproduce this piece for profit without my permission.✦ I have the right to decline and refund any commission, at any time.✦ You are never allowed to use my art for NFTs and AI learning, editing or reselling✦ You can repost/use the art anywhere you wish as long as there is proper credit provided.✦ You must not edit the art once finished.✦ I have the freedom to post the finished pieces on my social media.✦ It might take me any time from 2 weeks up to 3 months to finish, depending on commission type and general complexity of your piece. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.✦ I always reserve the rights to my art.

payment and refund policy

✦ Under $1000: Full payment upfront - I will start your comm only after I receive the payment.✦ Over $1000: Full payment upfront OR 50% upfront and 50% once I finish your piece - I will only send the final art after receiving the full payment.✧ All payments are done via Stripe or Ko-Fi. I will be sending you an invoice. (other payment options available only for Brazil residents - PIX)

✦ If you cancel your order, or vice versa, you will get a full refund only if I have not started your piece yet.✦ If it's cancelled on the sketch phase, before sketch approval, you will get 80% refund.✦ If it's cancelled after I started the lineart, you will get 50% refund.✦ Once the final line + colour is approved, I do not allow refunds.

✧ Up to 3 revisions - should be done before sketch approval, after that only MINOR changes can be made.✦ Once your request is approved, you will be contacted for further discussion and payment information.✦ Deadline: between 2 weeks up to 3 months. If you need your artwork done within a certain deadline, please inform me through the commission form.
(there may be a rush fee depending on the time I have to complete it)✦ A rush fee will be applied depending on how much time will be given.✦ NDA fee is +50%. Please let me know on your request if you want me to refrain from streaming or posting WIPs of the artwork.✦ Commercial fee: +100% - +150%

✦ How it works:― Similarly to SKEB, there are no communication or revisions between artist and client after the request is made and while the art is being worked on.
For this reason, the pricing is also a little lower than my regular commissions.― For the minimum price you'll get something smaller like a headshot/bust, if you wish for a bigger/ more complex piece you can pay more.― The more you specify and ask for it, the more you ought to offer for the piece.
If the amount of work to complete your request is worth the price you offer, it will be accepted.― If you wish to use the art commercially, please specify in your request, otherwise it's for personal use only.― If you want, you can leave it up to the artist completely, and getting anything the artist feels like drawing.

✧ No refunds are allowed in this commission type.✧ You may only pay AFTER you get confirmation that your request was approved.✧ Sending a request doesn't mean it will be accepted.✧ You can tip after the piece is delivered if you'd like, but that's not required.
